Browser version
Keep Chrome or Safari updated to the current release. Older browser builds sometimes block the live stream or the crash game canvas — an update fixes this in most cases.

APP FEATURE SNAPSHOT
Four Things the App Does Differently
Speed and feel matter when you are mid-session on mobile. These four features shape how the 4dmkt app handles your account day to day — from the moment you unlock your phone to the point you confirm a withdrawal.
Fingerprint Login
Biometric sign-in is supported on compatible Android and iOS devices. Tap once, land on your account — no password entry needed for returning sessions.
Push Notifications
Opt in to alerts for account wallet credits, live table availability and sportsbook events like English Premier League match starts you have marked.
Dark Mode Display
The interface switches to dark mode automatically based on your device setting, which keeps the screen comfortable during late-night sessions at home.
Offline Lobby Preview
Even on a patchy connection, the lobby thumbnail grid still renders so you can browse Fisherman Boat Slots or Golden Thunder Slots before the stream loads.
DEVICE CHECK LIST
Check Your Device Before You Start
Most current Android and iOS handsets handle the mobile lobby without any issues. If you hit a layout problem or a game that will not launch, the steps below help you pin down the cause quickly — no need to contact support for the common cases.
Screen layout
The lobby is designed for screens from 5 inches upward. Landscape mode works for live baccarat and the sportsbook betslip; portrait mode suits slots like Rendang Gold Slots.
Account requirements
You need a verified 4dmkt account before any real-money game loads on mobile. Verification takes place through the account dashboard — upload your ID documents there.
Mobile Access in 3 Steps
There is no separate APK or app-store listing to hunt for. The 4dmkt mobile experience runs through your device browser — so the process is straightforward and works whether you are in Kuala Lumpur on a lunch break or anywhere else in a permitted region. Bookmark the page after step two and it will open like a dedicated app shortcut each time.
Your account credentials carry over from desktop without any re-registration, and your wallet balance — including any pending Touch 'n Go eWallet or GrabPay transfer — is visible the moment you sign in.
- Open the current site — Type 4dmkt into your mobile browser address bar. The site detects your screen size and switches to the mobile layout automatically.
- Check browser compatibility — Chrome, Safari and the latest Edge build all work without any extra plugin. If a feature does not load, clearing the cache and refreshing usually resolves it.
- Sign in securely — Enter your account credentials or use fingerprint login if your device supports it. Your session, wallet and saved preferences carry over from desktop without any extra setup.
Explore the 4dmkt App Experience
Open your 4dmkt account on mobile and the lobby loads with your last session intact — whether that was Speed Baccarat, Rendang Gold Slots or the Wave Crash Game multiplier board. Push notifications let you know when a table seat opens or when your account wallet receives a cleared transfer. Quick deposit shortcuts sit at the top of the screen so you
can reload from Touch 'n Go eWallet or Boost without leaving the game view. Fingerprint login replaces the password step on supported Android and iOS devices, so you are back at the tables in seconds rather than typing credentials from scratch.
Common Questions About the 4dmkt App
If something about mobile access is not clear from the steps above, these are the questions we hear most often from Malaysia players using the 4dmkt app on their phones.
No separate download is needed. The 4dmkt mobile lobby runs in your browser at 4dmkt — open the site, sign in and you are in the full lobby without any APK or app-store install.
Fingerprint login works on devices that support biometric authentication in their browser — most current Android and iOS handsets qualify. Check your device security settings to confirm it is enabled.
Yes. The quick deposit shortcut in the mobile lobby connects to your account wallet. Select Touch 'n Go eWallet or Boost, confirm the amount, and the transfer clears to your account.
Your account is one profile across all devices. Your wallet balance, transaction history and game preferences are all visible the moment you sign into 4dmkt on your phone.
The full lobby is accessible on mobile, including live tables like Speed Baccarat, slots like Fisherman Boat Slots, and sportsbook markets covering the English Premier League and badminton.
First, clear your browser cache and refresh the page. If the issue continues, check that your browser is on the latest version. Live chat support is available through your account if the problem persists.
